Hello. I had service scheduled in fredonia. Though I never received it. Here's what happened. 1. Totes showed up 1 month after ordered. 2. We were promised garbage removal even with no totes until they arrived. That never happened. We now have 3 weeks worth of garbage. 3. Calling 5 different times did absolutely nothing. The customer representatives said the driver would know to remove all trash. Again no one ever came. 4. The totes finally arrived but still no garbage was removed. 5. Attitude can be either abrasive or a beautiful thing, and the attitudes of most people nowadays is pretty darned abrasive. I have never once had a problem with Casella's staff, however should people decide on their pedestals of greatness upon themselves that they have a right to be rude and impolite then you'll see the ugly reviews like I've seen for Casella exalting themselves acting like victims when they were acting like children. First of all I'd like to start by saying that you all threw away three of my expensive barrels I used for sorting recyclables . Then it took over a month to receive a replacement . Which was a bin covered in your business name and nothing like mine at all, not to mention the many phone calls to remind you all to bring me one . Now after approximately 6 months after you all took the contract with westfield, I can't seem to have my recyclables picked up.
