Not impressed with service. Salesman never finished setting up account and when I called customer service I forgot who I spoke with but she had said she would look into it and when she called back and said that the account was all set up and I would get my 2 yard dumpster emptied on Friday the 14th and it’s still untouched as of 9pm. Very disappointed.
Amy was absolutely wonderful! I appreciate her sense of humor and her attention to detail. She's a keeper!
Casella has been tremendous to work with. Not only for my biweekly pickup but also for a rolloff container. Their customer service is top notch!
