Waste pick up is great, but they recently changed payment portals without notice, at least for me. In between trying to sign up for their new portal (the instructions provided did not work for me I had to make a new account) , Customer service did not reply for over a month and I ended up with a late fee :(

After nearly 10 years as a customer, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve dealt with. I canceled service and requested trash can pickup from two properties in King of Prussia in early May. More than five weeks later, the cans still had not been removed despite multiple confirmed pickup dates, repeated follow-ups, and several documented failed attempts. Not impressed with service. Salesman never finished setting up account and when I called customer service I forgot who I spoke with but she had said she would look into it and when she called back and said that the account was all set up and I would get my 2 yard dumpster emptied on Friday the 14th and it’s still untouched as of 9pm. Very disappointed.
