Trying to over charge me after the dumpster has been removed
Currently a customer. Probably not much longer. The dumpster is fine, the drivers good. When I call to change schedule fine. However, the billing is awful. I will call and pay a bill, be told I am current and I even ask when my next bill is due and how much. Then the bill comes that is fine. Exactly what I expect and then get a letter or a voicemail that tell me I am 2-3 mos in arrears !!! Over and over and over. Calling tomorrow and finding a nEw dumpster company
I received my final bill and it read 30y/d roll off container, I asked for a 20yd container, I mentioned that and was told it was the same price, if it were the same price why wasn't I brought a 30yd why bother with a 20yd doesn't make sense to me?
