These jerks showed up at 6:30 AM this morning to pick up in a residential area- time stamped footage sent to my municipality. They are as bad as Whitetail whom they acquired
No trash picked on this pass Friday
Very unresponsive. I cancelled my pick up and they say they pick up the dumpsters within 2 weeks is a lie. It has been 6 weeks and they keep promising they will be picked up next week and it never happens. I cancelled them because they were the most expensive by a lot. They keep jacking up the price with no problem but cannot service the customers. Go somewhere else.
Casella is instructions were poor with new service. Did not pick up Trash/old trash containers. Customer service was nice, we will see you tomorrow if they said what they were going to do.
