THIS IS A TRASH COMPANY !!! We have been using Casella for more than 72 months. Our original contract was for 60 months, but without clear notice, they automatically renewed it for another 60 months. Now, when we tried to switch to another company due to their very high pricing, they are demanding a $1,825 cancellation penalty. Highest prices in the area. Horrible communication.
DO NOT USE THEM…. They bought out the local company that picked up our trash. Since casella took over they’ve missed our recycle for the 12th time. Probably more, I just started counting 12 missed recycle angry phone calls ago. Same empathic answer, “so sorry”, “here’s what I’m going to do for you”, “I’ll let the manager know”, “going to leave a note for the drivers”, ect ect ect… I mean, I could probably write the script these operators use. The drivers are very nice and courteous
Im a mailman and I was almost just ran over by truck 10803 that was doing an illegal u-turn in the neighborhood today. Such professionals they employ. Smoking a cigarette and doing an illegal u-turn in a neighborhood. Glad that wasn't a child behind them.
