After nearly 10 years as a customer, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve dealt with. I canceled service and requested trash can pickup from two properties in King of Prussia in early May. More than five weeks later, the cans still had not been removed despite multiple confirmed pickup dates, repeated follow-ups, and several documented failed attempts. This is by far the worst garbage company I’ve ever had the displeasure of using. If I had the ability to put 0 stars I would. Doesn’t take the trash (what you pay them for) support is useless and does not know prices, details, or largely anything about their own business. They take the recycling bin seemingly when they feel like it. One representative gives you one price and the other gives you something entirely different. Absolutely frustrating and long wait times to get in contact with someone for support.

Worst company ever!! Use anyone else! My mother has been on with a company called SEC and Trash Tech before Casella bought them out for at least 20 years with the same company. Out of the couple months that Casella has been picking it up they don't come. I called last Friday and was told that they would be there within 72 hrs.NO ONE CAME!!
