Nice company but recycling is every other week which is bad because so much recycling 😮😮
Followed directions to find holiday schedule. Kept getting PLEASE SUBMIT. Nothing came up. Maddening. Hey, manager, try it yourself. Maybe you can fix this impossible situation.
We have had nothing but perfect service from Casella. They have made every pick up, the customer service over the phone has been wonderful, their dumpster rental was affordable and convenient as well. I also want to add a special THANK YOU to our workers. We didn’t have our can out and they had no idea I just had surgery and they came to the side of our house to retrieve our can. I’m a customer in Delaware and recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Michelle from the Pennsylvania office at Casella Waste Management. She was incredibly patient and helpful in resolving an issue that was entirely my fault—I had missed a payment deadline. Not only did Michelle guide me through making the payment with ease, but she also scheduled my trash pickup within 48 hours. That’s what I call true customer service! Thank you, Michelle, for your professionalism and kindness.
They miss pick ups, fail to communicate, and don't respond to customer inquiries. This happened yesterday. Also, our trash and recycling bins are about to fall apart and they haven't replaced them. I would not recommend Casella.
