Lazy collection personnel. Trash left in the bin. Most times in have to get one bin out of my ditch because he's driving away before the bin is back on the ground. And lastly, the price keeps going up with new added fees.
I am so frustrated with this company. If I could give no stars I would. Service sucks. They changed my trash day, sent me a message stating that I would get 2 recycling days in a row then will switch to every other but they was not the case. They didnt pick my recycling up on either day. Then on July 3rd they never picked up either. So i messaged they on July 4 and I have not received a message back (its 7/10) so I called today and was waiting in cue for 1hr 23 min. Incredibly unreliable! Look elsewhere
This company sucks… they don’t care about anything. They still have not picked up my trash. But they took my money. I’m going to cancel . I didn’t want to give them 1 star. You can’t speak to a supervisor.. here it Friday and no trash pick up. Was suppose to be pick up Wednesday. I’ve called four times. Monday morning I will be calling to cancel. I would not recommend them. 😠😠😠😠🤮🤮🤮
They have missed picking up my trash several times. You call to report it and they say they will get back to you but they don’t follow through or attempt resolve the issue. I will be looking for new trash removal services since I am not getting the service I have paid for!!!
