We have once weekly pick up service for trash and biweekly pick up service for recycling . We spoke with Tina today regarding a seasonal hold. Tina was kind and very helpful and accommodated our request with professionalism. Thank you Tina.

If you are one of those people that enjoys toxic relationships, Casella is for you! If you enjoy gaslighting and contradiction, then Casella is for you! Been nothing but billing issues since Casella took over. Send e-bill on Aug 22 that bill is due Aug 1; actually not due until Aug 31. Send payment no problem. Next quarter; payment cleared Dec 2 for service through Feb 28 but stopped picking up Feb 18 claiming service was cancelled in Nov. Why would I pay bill if I requested to cancel service?
