Don’t bother calling customer service. They will not do anything with your complaint. For the past eight weeks the person taking the trash has been leaving the empty cans in the parking lot in front of parking spaces. I call and they always say “I will report the driver.” Then the next pickup day I have to get out of my truck, put the can on the sidewalk, then park the truck.

I cancelled my service and scheduled a pick up of my empty trash containers. No one showed up. Come and get them.
Was behind a heavy set female driver on rt 40 around 11:15 on 9-26-2025 she had a bunch of loose debri flying out of her can and was swerving all over the road while smoking a cigarette
Due yourself a favor and go with any other company I had service for 2 months and the recycling was never picked up not once but I only got a one time $20 credit! This company is a joke!!! With Bartenfelder now!! Terrible company BEWARE!!!
