Absolutley THE WORST!!!! Don't pick up routinely or they take recycle and not the trash. You call and complain and it gets you no where.
New policy, (no notification, btw) is that they can skip three pick-ups in a row and if you call about each you might get discount. So they just skip every other pick-up and charge you the same. Silly little scam. Definitely the scummiest company I have dealt with for a while.
Don't waste your time- find someone else!!! Will just stop picking up your trash and then tell you they won't start again until you pay your balance... not paying my balance until they pick up my trash! I never signed up for their janky service- Trash Tech was much better, I was very sad to see them go, and I'm very tired of large corporations buying out smaller companies just to lose all their customers.
Trash team they have amazing but recycling side they should focus, one pizza box mistakenly kids put in wrong container, recycle guy throw on the ground instead of put in side trash can which is always next to it
My trash cans have remained on the curb since Wednesday, Despite attempts to reach them by phone, there has been no response, yet they still intend to bill me for the entire month. Price is to high for the service they provide. It is time to hire a new company.
