This is the worst trash company. We canceled the service in July and it is now September and they still have not picked up the trash cans. Every week I get the same crap that they are going to pick it up. But it is still in the yard, what kind of business are they running
They destroyed my recycling bin (that I had to pay for myself, by the way) and when I asked them to replace it, the customer service kept giving me the runaround “we will drop one off for you tomorrow” and tomorrow never came. These bins are NOT cheap. They also are extremely inconsistent with on when they arrive for pickups. Sometimes it’s 6am before you even put the bin out. Sometimes it’s 10am. This company is a complete joke never on time day delivery but will take your money
Missed recycling pick up again. Called the at afternoon Tuesday and was told they would come by within 24.-48 hours. It’s now Thursday day 50 hours later and another phone call and once again it will be 24-72 hours. We need to factor in the weekend and Monday is Labor Day so we are hoping a week later Recycling will be picked up. Poor service all around, you can do better Casella!
