These men are useless! They can't pick up our recycling and I have to pack my car with all the recycling and drive there to get rid of it all. Just as I'm pulling up to the building there's 2 grown men standing there doing nothing but talking and smoking cigarettes while I am doing yet one more thing without getting any help by any man. Thanks for absolutely nothing Casella!
They have taken my trash twice in the last 3 and 1/2 months. I keep calling and they say they’ll make a note for the truck to pick it up but it never does. If I could give 0 stars I would.
Employees at the transfer station are very helpful.
