Do not hire Casella! They bought both of our previous waste removal companies (multiple accounts). The first month they never showed up. As months went by they continued to lack consistency. Causing a overflow of waste concerns. Calling them got us no where. The answer would be, "we will look into this". My best advice to anyone looking for a waste removal company is to NOT HIRE CASELLA. Find another company that values their customers.

There were a few kinks during the first few weeks of the transition but I figured they were figuring things out. January comes around and Casella did not picked up my trash once. I was a Premium Doorside customer with Purmore, which according to the information from them, this membership would be honored by Casella and there would be no changes to my weekly trash pick up. We started as Puremore disposal customers for residential trash pickup. Paid up front for an entire year and very shortly after they were sold to Casella. We just have not been at all happy with the service. Monday trash pickup was missed one day, we called the office and that was resolved by sending a driver back a day or two later. Then we started with getting monthly bills for the service we already paid yearly for. After a few phone calls to the office that was resolved.
