Casella trash pick up in Richmond has always exceeded expectations They really went above and beyond today We were late in brininging our trash out yesterday and missed garbage pick up However one of the gentlemen picking up the recycling (came after the garbage truck) alerted the Casella team that some ppl still had garbage out and today Cari (super kind and professional) from Casella came out in a pick up truck with a smile on her face and threw all our trash in the back of her pick up Incredible Thank you
The customer service really lacks, which is unfortunate because it's the only place around.
