After nearly 10 years as a customer, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve dealt with. I canceled service and requested trash can pickup from two properties in King of Prussia in early May. More than five weeks later, the cans still had not been removed despite multiple confirmed pickup dates, repeated follow-ups, and several documented failed attempts. If you want terrible customer service, lazy trash collectors that won't pick up your trash, AND extreme (and unexplained) expense - Casellas is your company! Was with Casellas for years and within just the past six months alone, my bill jumped up another $15/month for "fees" and other B.S. fluff. Imagine paying almost $75/month for having your trash picked up *every other week*, with them literally leaving spilled trash all over your lawn (OR just not even getting it at all) - even caught them on my Ring camera doing this! Absolutely the worst, this trash company is trash. No pun intended. Customer service trash, employees trash. They do not pick up your garbage as promised, I have had to call and get them to go back to my house over 10x in a year. ( Bill is paid let me remind you) I do not recommend unfortunately.
