Beware of Casella’s predatory billing practices during acquisitions. After acquiring our local hauler, they failed to provide basic billing or contract notices, then attempted to bill for uncontracted rollover periods. Their billing ledger is completely disconnected—demanding $100 online while mailing a $600 renewal invoice with no signed agreement. On hold for over 4 hours with multiple departments just trying to set up services and inquire about pricing. Transfered several times over setting up service and pricing. What a shitty way to do business and get business. Ill be using another service.
After nearly 10 years as a customer, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve dealt with. I canceled service and requested trash can pickup from two properties in King of Prussia in early May. More than five weeks later, the cans still had not been removed despite multiple confirmed pickup dates, repeated follow-ups, and several documented failed attempts.
