If you want terrible customer service, lazy trash collectors that won't pick up your trash, AND extreme (and unexplained) expense - Casellas is your company! Was with Casellas for years and within just the past six months alone, my bill jumped up another $15/month for "fees" and other B.S. fluff. Imagine paying almost $75/month for having your trash picked up *every other week*, with them literally leaving spilled trash all over your lawn (OR just not even getting it at all) - even caught them on my Ring camera doing this! Absolutely the worst, this trash company is trash. No pun intended. Customer service trash, employees trash. They do not pick up your garbage as promised, I have had to call and get them to go back to my house over 10x in a year. ( Bill is paid let me remind you) I do not recommend unfortunately.

Pulled in to Green Hills Lane and turned right on to Smith Street. About 150 yards down you will find in front of you the scale. When you pull up on to the scale this is an intercom system for the scale master. As this was first time at this branch I asked for assistance and was given a detailed explanation of what to do and where to go. I proceeded around the building and parked as I had to wait for another truck to be loaded. After he was loaded I backed in for my pick up, which was completed in 25 minutes. Worst service I have ever had. Every month I have to call them because the forget or at this point don't care to pick up the garbage. I would pick any other service, seriously ANYONE else. literally anyone...
