New guy in the office is so slow took me an hour to dump. Also had a 4 car line for scale and to dump, so 8+ vehicles waiting. The guy forgot that we even went through and made us wait longer on the scale. They desperately need to get there act together. I don't have proof but I aware the guy in the office was playing angry birds or something.
I have been a casella customer for 8 years there service used to be good up to a year ago. 8 months ago they kept skipping pickups. I’ve watched them drive by one time and not pick up. This has happened a total of 6 times in 6 months. Now as of two weeks ago they only picked up one trash Bin. I called of course and the young lady didn’t seem very helpful. Extremely friendly staff! They make construction debris A breeze to get rid of! They are the Only place to Great you with a smile in the UV when getting rid of trash!!
