The service has been very poor, and the customer support has been disappointing.
I paid for the setup of my account and trash pickup over a week ago and am still getting emails asking if id like to "continue with setting up services". I have a confirmation email of my payment and have called 5 + times, being on hold over 40 mins every single time and have yet to reach anyone. Worst customer service I think i've ever experienced. "Thank you for calling Casella, someone will be right with you" is a load of bull.
