Update: I spoke to Miranda and she agreed to pick up the rest of the trash and was extremely helpful. Thank you so much. I had an agreement for a 20 yard dumpster and they dropped off a 15 yard without notifying me. According to the sizes listed on the website and that I was told over the phone, it would fit just fine. But now they are claiming it was because the larger size would not fit. I was not able to fit all of the trash in the smaller dumpster and they said I'd have to pay another $500+ to rent another one. What a joke... we called and setup a service on 6th of the month, they took my payment and even doubled check to make sure they would provide service to our area, which she told me they do..They told us the cans will be dropped off that week. They never got dropped off...called the second week they told me the cans will be there by Friday, never came..Called the third week, they told me the cans will be there today or tomorrow.
