Update: I spoke to Miranda and she agreed to pick up the rest of the trash and was extremely helpful. Thank you so much. I had an agreement for a 20 yard dumpster and they dropped off a 15 yard without notifying me. According to the sizes listed on the website and that I was told over the phone, it would fit just fine. But now they are claiming it was because the larger size would not fit. I was not able to fit all of the trash in the smaller dumpster and they said I'd have to pay another $500+ to rent another one.
