Not sure why there are two separate Casella listed on Google but needed to be sure to give them BOTH the absolute lowest rating possible. My recommendation is to do everything in your power to go with an alternative company.
Terrible service. As you can see from these before and after pictures, we left a paper bag with garden debris next to the trash barrel. Instead of taking it away, Casella Waste Systems broke the bag, dumped the debris on the ground, and left it there for me to clean up.
Nightmare after nightmare.
