** UPDATE ** They just keep getting worse. They did not pick up everything both last week and this week. We have called them over and over again. They keep saying they will make it right. But they never do. Next year we will go with someone else. Suggest you do too. Terrible service. As you can see from these before and after pictures, we left a paper bag with garden debris next to the trash barrel. Absolutely incompetent company. They bought Syrek out and ever since, the service was terrible from the actual garbage pickup to the customer service. For example, I had to contact them 4 times over the course of a week to pickup our garbage. Expect to wait an incredibly long time just to speak with someone on the phone. I waited 45 mins at one point before hanging up. Email is even worse, multiple day wait time. I canceled our service back in October. Casella Waste Systems: Catastrophic Service Failure & Zero Accountability (1 Star) This company is a total operational failure. My experience has been a cycle of broken promises and incompetence: 1. Unreliable Service: Trucks constantly break down, service is routinely missed, and they fail to honor larger scheduled pick-ups that are part of the service. 2. The worst garbage company I have ever experienced! Missed garbage for 3 weeks in a row! It takes hours and sometimes days to reach customer service! And they have over me for months. Don't go with this company ever!
