Needs to do a better job at keeping their yard to include across the road, next to, and behind picked up. Cover your dump trucks and put a sign up at your business telling others to cover their pick up trucks. Do your part in helping keep John Stark clean. It is much easier to maintain after the state finally came in and picked up the whole road rather than it getting overwhelmed again. Cassela is fine when it comes to residential trash pickup(not sure how you can mess up picking up garbage), way too expensive with the bill constantly going up but they atleast run on time. However, this particular transfer station is a total nightmare to deal with. In 2026 they don't have a telephone to the site to ask basic questions, calling into the google number results either waiting on hold for 30 - 60 minutes or getting a customer service rep that has no clue what's going on.
