Worst waste company in the area. We cancelled services and they continued to charge us for 2 more months. When I called them the customer service representative started screaming at me on the phone and was the most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with.
I don't have Casella's but being woke up at 430 am by one of their drivers every Tuesday morning is getting out of hand even after i call and put in a complaint
Casella started servicing our home after our local waste management closed. Their charges are outrageous and beyond the norm. If I can find someone else, I will use someone else.
They took over for Labounty in our neighborhood and would drive by week after week and not take ANY of our trash. As a family of five we haveore trash than a small family. They continue to let it pile up and animals have destroyed the bags, dragging garbage all over our yard and our neighbors'. They also took one of our trash bins and never gave it back so we can't even put our trash into barrels as they let it pile up. Do better Casella.
