Cassela is fine when it comes to residential trash pickup(not sure how you can mess up picking up garbage), way too expensive with the bill constantly going up but they atleast run on time. However, this particular transfer station is a total nightmare to deal with. I payed faithfully every bill on time for 10+ years.. in the last few months I've hit a snag financially snd had fallen behind on a payment and a half i was about to pay a majoritybif not all the comming week from when im writing this, but i get back from a doctor's appointment to find that they grabbed their dumpster back from me woth no call or email.. not a single warning whatsoever... also I feel the need to mention that when I first started paying for my services with them I was paying $89 monthly, which then gradually ... read more

Worst waste company in the area. We cancelled services and they continued to charge us for 2 more months. When I called them the customer service representative started screaming at me on the phone and was the most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with.
