How did your customer service get worse? We have two commercial accounts and your new login process isn't working for us. We cannot log into our account. I clicked CONTACT US on your website (it has a phone icon next to it), it leads to a form. Oddly deceptive. I found a number for you online and called and was on hold for over an hour. It you don't want to deal with customers, don't have a company. Hard stop.
NOT happy. They promise 5 days. They delivered it at the END of the day on Monday and picked it up FIRST thing Friday morning. They screwed me out 2 days! And if your 5th day ends on the weekend, you have to pay rent until Monday because they won't pick up on weekend. If they promise you 5 days, they should give you 5 full days!
My ZIP Code says 05819 and they won’t do service for me. Casala needs to update their Website and take off St. Johnsbury If they won’t do service in the town they advertised!!! Also there only 6min away from me!
Quick and easy affair, was in and out in minutes, price was just as well. Staff was helpful in pointing me around the place.
I see someone else had the SAME issue that they wrote a review on a YEAR AGO!! WE HAVE BEARS!! STOP RIPPING MY STRAPS OFF AND THROWING THEM AROUND!! It takes WAY more time and effort to rip them off and throw them than to just loosen them! Stop taking out your unresolved anger problems on my garbage straps!
