Terrible service. Does not follow their own service agreements. Highly recommend not utilizing Casella if you have other options.
If I could give Casella zero stars then I would, 1 star is too generous. Terrible company. It was the norm to NOT have our trash and recycling picked up on the designated day. They skipped our trash week completely or came days later. Sometimes we would get a call saying they weren’t coming and they would tell us it would be picked up the following day and it ended up sitting there all weekend. Sometimes it was skipped completely. Don’t even do their job
Pay for trash collection but service delayed by 1-2 weeks. They don’t care to do better because they know that we have no other options aside from taking the garbage to the transfer station ourselves. If someone wants to start a new garbage collection agency, this is the best time as the competition is weak!!
