Ya these guys are horrible. They over charge and then it takes literally 45 minutes to reach a billing person. They delivered a 30 yard when I wanted a 15 yard and still billed for the 30. They were supposed to pick up the 30 yard, never showed for 3 weeks, then charged a "rental fee". Find ANYONE besides Casella! You have been warned!
IDK, after 3 years some Young Woman Started Calling me every month Demanding Payment and I get on Auto Pay, but I wouldn't give my card number to someone that calls me, and I'd call them speak to someone else, and I wasn't late on my payment, never have been once, and basically this Karens has been calling and Harassing me every Month, and she'll laugh about the Hard Time she is giving me, and I couldn't suggest this Company because they got this Karen that Will Call and Harass You, and if you can use that Company without th... read more
Complete and utter trash. They will not show up some weeks, and then say next week you can put out extra trash only for them to actually charge you massive fees for the trash. When they don't show up they will also NEVER refund you for the week. DO NOT recommend.
Some of the people who answer the phones are courteous. That's all I have that's a positive remark
