I had a 30 yard dumpster that I had called and requested it be left an additional week since I had much more construction debris to remove. It was taken away after.the first week anyways. I called 5 phone numbers during hours both Friday and Saturday and all had the same recording which hung up. Terrible customer service.
I've utilized many garbage collections services in many different places over the years, and this is hands down the worst.
picked and chose when they wanted to pick my trash up charged me for 2 months at a time with no explanation. terrible service
The reason we decided to end our business relationship with Casella, was simply that there was not a consistent billing strategy throughout their company. We asked an associate a question about our billing and received a different answer when asking the same question to a different associate. We were charged differently than what we were told. Beware of companies that out grow their customer base.
