Never picked up my bins then told me to fill the recycling bin the next week and double charged me plus extra for putting the garbage in the recycling bin.
On recycling day, only half of our recycling bin was emptied so I called and asked for them to come back and fix it and spoke to Jordan on the phone- she was awesome and super helpful and polite!! Great customer service.
I had a 30 yard dumpster that I had called and requested it be left an additional week since I had much more construction debris to remove. It was taken away after.the first week anyways. I called 5 phone numbers during hours both Friday and Saturday and all had the same recording which hung up. Terrible customer service.
I've utilized many garbage collections services in many different places over the years, and this is hands down the worst.
