The worst customer service
Cannot get through to anyone. Trying for days been on hold for hours
Horrible service. Don't reliably pick up garbage. Now they are double billing me every month and saying my account is past due. ITS ON AUTOPAY!!! YOU LEGIT TOOK THE MONEY EVERY MONTH! HOW IS IT PAST DUE!
If you love being double charged, not having your trash picked up on the right day and being on hold for 45 mins... this is the company for you.
They didn't pick up trash this week, don't pick up the phone, move you to a different pickup day without telling you, raise prices unjustifiably for poor service. It's more than doubled in 3 years. Very unreliable. Skip them.
