Had a driver decide to tie my bear straps I use for my garbage into a giant knot and throw it across my yard. When I called to complain I was waiting to connect to someone for over an hour. I have sent 4 emails as well no response.
0/10 stars. This company drives down my 10mph dirt road doing at least 50-60mph during school bus pick up hours. This road has so many kids and this company’s drivers are putting every single one of them at risk. If I could even get a phone number or license plate number off of the truck to report them with the police, I would but I can’t due to how fast they fly down the road. Will continue to keep trying to get the info to file a report.
I have never seen a company charge u for service they do not provide... For WEEKS, then they change the way u have to pay online, don't tell you, so now I have to redo everything and figure out which site I need in order to pay. Then after spending an hour trying to figure it out, on the phone with them, she says, oh the service is down today. 🤦🏼♀️The lady was nice... But this company is TERRIBLE
Just use a different service .......
