Stay away from this company at all costs. They no showed on a dumpster rental I had contracted for a Friday delivery and while I understand things come up/happen, there was no contact from them informing me there would be a delay or that my dumpster would not be delivered as expected. I called and left voicemails and an email, still heard nothing back about my missing dumpster. Expect your prices to go up! They show up… but drive past the house 3 times on pick up days. No way that’s economical. Not sure if it’s driver error, logistics error or software error but extra travel = extra $$. Guess who will end up paying for their inefficiency?

UPDATE: Casella bought it now and they are doing a good job. GFL took over County Waste. They suck, Can't reach them. Trying for two weeks to cancel account because they're unreliable & non-responsive, can't even cancel account. They never answer phone, email, web-inquiry-submission. Can you say class action suit ??????

HORRIBLE... 0 Stars... would be more appropriate! I switched away from their horrific customer service, screwed up billing, and ridiculously expensive pricing... ONLY to have them purchase the new service I switched to... and we're back to the broken record..!
