I have never seen a company charge u for service they do not provide... For WEEKS, then they change the way u have to pay online, don't tell you, so now I have to redo everything and figure out which site I need in order to pay. Then after spending an hour trying to figure it out, on the phone with them, she says, oh the service is down today. 🤦🏼♀️The lady was nice... But this company is TERRIBLE
Just use a different service .......
They are bad and continue to get worse. They bought out County and Eastern who were great to us over many years. Poor communication from these guys, please give your business to someone else if you can.
I regret switching to them. You can't reach them at all! They don't answer the phone or respond to emails! They come too late. Your garbage will be all over the place before they get to you
