Worst waste service ever. This month of August not even one time they came to pick up the trash. Since they have moved the pick up day, it has been a sh** show. I am moving into ADS, a local, reliable waste service.
2 years ago I moved into the area and acquired a 20 foot long dumpster and trash + recycling pick up service. It all started very good. However, for the past 3 to 4 months the service has degraded a ton. From the driver constantly forgetting to pick up the trash to the office lacking to willingness help people. You call and wait in line for 20-30min. just to hear we can't do anything about it. lol, what a circus.
Called multiple times. Spoke on the phone with different people. Same story. They all say promises and then, no trash is picked up. Shameless attitude and commitment to assist.
These employees must be set to tell you BS over the phone at all times. Otherwise there's no business that could survive to this lack of professionalism and seriousness. It's lies after lies but the trash is still at your curb waiting to be picked up.
