Lacking customer service and any courtesy to communicate a service window. Not very respectful of customers. Unfortunately little competition so few alternatives.
Excellent customer service
The five stars are for whomever runs the route along Harwood Hill Rd. I’m SO grateful to you. I keep forgetting to pull my bins to the street on the right day. Totally my fault. I’m a single parent, work full time, and in short - most days my ducks are not in a row. There have been at least 3x in the last 3 months when I forgot to put the bins out. They’re not super far from the road as it is, but I know my responsibility is to put the bins where they’re easy to grab & empty. Whoever you are, you have saved me stress and tro... read more
The staff has been very professional, courteous and committed to trying to answer my questions and resolve any issues I have had. This is especially true of Christy Rivera, who went above and beyond what was expected to correct pick up issues and checked in with me after to assure all went well.
