Generally, we are very happy with Casella. We’ve had them for several years and have had very few problems. We recently requested and Received a rate decrease with the help of Casella representative Tammy. We look forward to continued excellence service. Thank you, Casella!
Casella price and service has gone uphill it's time to leave this company I'm tired of big companies taking advantage of people to make there pockets fatter same reply they don't care until they don't have customers I'm going to just trash it I have never experienced the price and service like they give
Great Service; they even call when garbage will be delayed do to Holidays
Absolutely HORRIBLE service!!! I initially went with Casella because it was $5 cheaper than the best (Waste Management). DON'T make my mistake!!! Everyone in my neighborhood has eventually left Casella and rave about how amazing Waste Management is! When I started service with Casella, it used to be good. Give or take 15 minutes from 10am, they'd pick up the trash. But ever since COVID, I've noticed they've made changes that have really ruined them.
