We have been forced to deal with these clowns because our town hired them to pick up our trash and recycling. they drop trash when picking it up and just leave and recently they missed a pickup all together and when called we were told they would be back to pick it up they didn't show and when called again gave the excuse that the town had changed the pickup time however we were never notified. this company is literal trash find another company and complain to our town get rid of these fools and hire a competent trash compan... read more
Worst service provider. never picked upon time, never answers the phone. run run run
Have been a customer of theirs since 1996. Recently realized that Casella has been over billing me for years due to an error on their end. When the discrepancy was brought to their attention they didn't care and would not refund or set the price to what it should be. In the process of getting a new company for my garbage collection
I have been trying to have a couch and loveseat picked up since last November. I was told to place the items out on my garbage pickup date and it would be picked up in the following 1-3 business days. After it sat there for 2 weeks I called again and received the same response. I left if for another 2 weeks and then brought in back in because of the snow. I tried again several weeks ago and this time I was told it would be picked up on my garbage day. This company is shady. They tell you one price and make you pay another. Then they try and hide your so called contract. They only give it to you upon request. They have so many extra fees and surcharges. They dont specify the cost of the surcharges in the contact so that they can randomly increase them at any time. If you want to terminate early, its costs an arm and a leg. Terrible company.
Garbage not picked up today no big problem..Problem arises when I call to find out why. Lady on the phone asked what time was garbage sat out (5:00 am) I reply... she says can garbage be set out the night before. I tell her it will be all tore up because of critters she understands. Then she tells me that they are behind in pick-up in the area. My son lives 300 feet from me and his was picked up. Apparently, the crew on the truck decides whether or not to pick up your garbage. Had this service for years, recently many problems getting the garbage picked up. Office staff are very receptive to getting the issue resolved but it continues.
Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. Numerous times our trash would sit out there for 3-4 days with no pickup. Even after calling they would respond we will get it in a couple of days. Wish I could give zero stars
Stole our security deposit for services never provided, and had every excuse to why they couldn’t pick up the garbage we paid for……avoid theses thieves at all cost
