They WERE a better choice for the Batavia area with price. Then charged for bins. Then gradually stared increasing prices without explanation. Monthly! So I switched to a far batter LOCAL company. And when I tried to switch casella charged me an Additional month- so call the number you see on the bright YELLOW cans you see around town. You’ll be happier and spend half as much. I know I am.

Service had always been subpar and now just today I was told my trash didn't get picked up because I didn't have a tote. I have NEVER been given a tote. Also told they have sent several correspondences regarding the mandatory need for a tote since last July. Lie. I've never received anything. Will cancel service asap.

Was great in the beginning then would forget to pick up multiple times and just tell me put out the next week. I payed for weekly pick up not when you want to do it. Canceled subscription and they still tryed to bill my card still haven't picked up there cans.

I decided to end service with Casella when they decided everyone must have the large totes. I did not have room for the totes so I found an alternative provider. I cancelled the service and was told I would get a refund on remaining service within two to three weeks. Two weeks later, I got a letter, I was impressed how soon they responded. Only to find out the letter said I owed them $100 because they came by to pick up my totes.
