Website says station is open, drive there with a truckload of recyclables and whoops we are only open to drop off two days a week, but the offices are open. David then proceeds to nor be helpful by telling me they only have a permit to take stuff the two days a week? Permits are permits, not by two days or 7. How about updating Google and website hours instead if wasting ppls time.

In the beginning we had issues. After complaining, they listened and we have had excellent service since.

Terrible service and costumer service, it's going on week 2 they have missed my guardians trash pick up... Now, Blaming my guardian for not having their "company" bins now... well why wasn't that mentioned last week when I called... I would of asked for one... Also to note they didn't even give her one to begin with or to even send her any motivation about them... but that's their excuse this week. Last week it was because the snow prolly covered the trash bin ... this week is because it's not the right bin.... Waste Managem... read more
