I’ve tried for three weeks to resolve an issue of driver error taking my flower planters not even near my disposal container. Customer Service has been less than stellar and has no interest in resolving or responding to the issue!! The planters which have sentimental significance will never be replaced but having some resolution to purchase new ones would be appreciated!
Do not recommend! They are impossible to deal with and every time you call customer service you get a different answer. I’ve never asked for any bulky items to be picked up and the first time I did, I was told they could come any day. I called the mattress company to set up a time and called back Casella to ask them if a certain day was ok for the mattress to be picked up. Service is inconsistent and I frequently have to call and report that my trash and/or recycling was not picked up. When the workers do show up they leave the bins open to get filled with rain and snow. Communication is terrible, they rarely tell you when service is delayed or changed. They randomly decided to pick up recycling every 2 weeks instead of weekly and never communicated this until I called to inquire why my recycling wasn't picked up. So, pickup is Friday. The truck went by the house without stopping. Called. On hold about an hour. They told me totes weren't out. I have video evidence they are. Told they will pick up Monday if not picked up late Friday. Monday comes. Trash not picked up. Numerous excuses. Told that there is no truck in the area Tuesdays, they'll pick up Wednesday.
