The wait time to customer service is unfortunately very bad as far as the people pick up the trash their great but to wait on phone ridiculous
I pay extra to get don't pick up of the 2 64 gallon tots. They skipped over me 2 weeks in a row. I am NOT happy with this company. I wish we still had ARC. I never had a problem with them!
I just simply would like the garbage men not to toss our garbage cans so they roll into the street. When we go to work we can't leave to pick them up out of the street. The garbage cans we pay for. As well as the garbage service. Please have your workers get a little more respect for our items. Much appreciated! Please don't tell me to reach out. I would just like them to respectfully place our stuff back how it was. I can assure you that it was in the road and I have cameras.
