Absolute TRASH trash service 1 month no pick up with a plethora of excuses. Canceled services took the cans but not the months worth of trash that they never picked up. Then tried to charge to turn the truck around to get the garbage. Would not recommend them, I am switching to Alex st. Leouis.
If I could give a 0 stars, I would. This is one company that feels that they are more important than the customer. Single handidly the worst business I have ever delt with.
In the last six weeks, pick-up has been as much as two days late, with no notification and in one case, was not picked up at all for that week, with no explanation or notification. Repeated phone calls have been met with insincere apology and have not corrected the issue. Terminated service with this company after 15 years or more as a customer.
