They steal your money..they charge twice for no reason then ignore calls and messages..
Casella does not care about their customers. I am sofa king tired of being awoken at 5:30 every Thursday morning by Casella's noisy garbage trucks. It is illegal but there is no enforcement and Casella knows this. They would rather wake up the whole neighborhood rather than wait a couple hours. Everytime I call Casella they assure me it will stop. It has been years now. I have spoken to the driver (in my pajamas). He does not care. I want you to stop sending your trash here, it shouldn't be allowed. There should be a law that says "ALL COUNTIES SHOULD HAVE THEIR OWN POWER GENERATING LAND FILL".
