Picked up a truckload of baled cardboard. Check in was smooth and all of the employees I interacted with friendly and helpful. Get scaled in when entering and scaled out when leaving. Very quick loading and I was on my way! Would recommend Casella to any other truckers looking to pick up/deliver a load!
Park at avenue c walk to office give po number and then go to scale and then park at dock 2 very fast loading nice staff and then again back to scale and then park at road and get your paperwork
They steal your money..they charge twice for no reason then ignore calls and messages..
Casella does not care about their customers. I am sofa king tired of being awoken at 5:30 every Thursday morning by Casella's noisy garbage trucks. It is illegal but there is no enforcement and Casella knows this. They would rather wake up the whole neighborhood rather than wait a couple hours. Everytime I call Casella they assure me it will stop. It has been years now. I have spoken to the driver (in my pajamas). He does not care.
