Our trash wasn’t picked up because our neighbors put their bins too close to ours after ours were put out?! How hard is it to put the truck in reverse and pick it up?!? Genuinely the workers for WM are so lazy and will use any excuse to not pick up trash. 4th time this has happened - always for varying reasons. Hire people who can do their jobs.
Have seen trash collectors regularly toss personally owned bins with no regard for whether they might break. Unsurpisingling they broke a hinged lid on one of my bins a few days ago. Unwilling to offer any replacement because it's a "town contract". We don't have an option for Casella bins yet so our only option is to use our own bins in my area. *Update* customer service did end up giving me a Casella bin after some additional communications. Adding 2 stars to my review.

Trash was skipped on Friday. I called Saturday to see why, was told they were not sure and would check back on Monday. Trash got rained on, huge mess. Monday comes, was told a truck would try to come out. One did not. Was spoken to by the rudest woman on planet earth who basically told me I was a liar and nobody said a truck would come by.
