At this point they just pick and choose when to pick up trash. What’s the point in paying for a service if there’s multiple times they just don’t show up with no explanation.
Our trash wasn’t picked up because our neighbors put their bins too close to ours after ours were put out?! How hard is it to put the truck in reverse and pick it up?!? Genuinely the workers for WM are so lazy and will use any excuse to not pick up trash. 4th time this has happened - always for varying reasons. Hire people who can do their jobs.
