Drivers consistently violate city noise ordinance to pick up trash at 5AM, waking up the whole street. When I call the company they say that this will stop, but it never does. Clearly they don’t care about their customers.

It was my first time there today ever. The lack of signs that could simply say “Pull up to speaker” with a small sign labeling the speaker would have made it easier. The worker in the scale house was very patient and polite when trying to help me figure out the routine. The workers at the dump area were very helpful and clear with their directions. The scale house worker gave a lot of good tips for my next visit upon departure.

We've been customers of Casella for about 5 years. In the past 6 months, their service delivery has completely fallen apart. We've placed our trash and recycle bins in the same exact location for years, only to hear today that their skipped pickup this week was due to the bins being too far from the road. Their customer service support told us we would be charged for the delivery "attempt" regardless, with no promise of an alternate pickup date. UPDATE: Several emails and months later, Cassella is still backing down my road, blaring their backup alarm at 6am and emptying a dumpster every Monday. Every Monday a Cassella truck backs down our narrow street, 150+ yards, to empty a dumpster. 4:30am with backup alarms blaring, waking the entire neighborhood once a week. Cassella hasn’t taken notice to my requests to do this at a more reasonable hour. Will be filing a noise ordinance report with the city to try and stop it next.
