I was a Casella customer for 9 years. They kept raising my rates and frankly were difficult to deal with at times. After a confusing schedule change, contradicting pickup calendars resulting in 2 missed pickups, Icancelled my service. I did this at the beginning of the month only to find out they want to charge me for the remainder of the month. Thier company policies are unfair and the company as a whole has gone down hill. There are plenty of other companies around Rutland that are cheaper and better.
