This place is way too small for the amount of traffic they receive. The trash trucks don’t hesitate to get in your way or to hold you up as long as they get to the scale house first. Tight area to back into especially if the other trash drivers are turning around so they can get in the line and the line is so long it ends up blocking the dock doors. Nice people can take time to load place bit tight but overall was good It is located in congested area
Worse place to pick up small space to park and in top they park trailer right by the dock plus recycle and there driver block you like you don't exist don't waste your time and loading time take over 6 hours
They’ve refused to pick up my recycling for nearly FIVE WEEKS now, despite it being on the curb on time in an appropriate bin just like all my neighbors. I’ve called their main number multiple times trying to get an answer for this, but their receptionist Marsha is very rude and dismissive of my complaints. She claims she’s giving my number to a supervisor, but I’ve heard nothing from them.
