Customer for over a decade and have to say....BEYOND poor customer service and well into negligent. Called 10 times over a 2 week period to have a can replaced and was given multiple promises to return calls (never happened), excuses (don't care) and eventually blatant lies (wow!) that service issues would be resolved. The next call was to cancel my service. Casella- our relationship is transactional -one way. I pay you to pick up my garbage/recycling. This place is a dump, what more do you want. LOL ive been there several times & the employees are usually good, so this place deserves 5 stars
