Called three times to try and sign up for garbage pickup. I was told they would call me back to confirm the route and availability for my road. Never heard back. Amy even assured me she would follow up after I was so frustrated. She never called. I shouldn't have to beg to give them my money. Went with a local garbage company. Dont waste your time.
Been very happy with them
This should not have been so complicated. Be sure to read your contract with them thoroughly! They said to us 7 days but contract says 5 days, so we were charged 2 extra days. They did deliver on time at least. There's more to the story, but its just a dumpster... who wants to read a long story about what a pain their customer service was. Just be careful.
