*Hard to believe they have even gotten worse since my review a few months ago but now on day three of speaking with somebody in the office about picking up our curbside trash. All three days someone has said they'd be out to pick it up and all three days no one showed up. This place is an absolute joke. If I could give negative stars I would. We had Purmore for years until they were taken over by Cassella, we never had any issues with our weekly curbside trash pick up. Casella seems to pick up whenever they feel like it. We called them today as our trash has been sitting at the end of the driveway for 3 days. According to them, they don't do curbside trash pickup for the duration of "mud season" (mind you we live on a paved road) but they will still continue charging us the curbside pickup rate for us to drive the trash to a secondary location for them to pick up... read more
Casella is responsible for weekly curbside pickup in Concord New hampshire. They miss my road at least one week a month if not two. On more than one occasion their employees have used my yard as a bathroom. One of them even went so far as to walk behind a tree with toilet paper... 💩 This company is a poor example of how things should run.
Great for general disposal. If you have any metal instead of paying by weight to dispose of it go to the local metal recycler in Concord and get PAID for it! They take appliances and many other items you have to pay Casella to take! Then Casella takes the metal there and make money. For example, 1 pound propane tanks Casella charges $12 each! Take them to the recycler and they pay you.
Cassella is price gouging and misrepresenting charges and disrespecting customers. Concord City Council needs to act now.
