Extremely difficult to get them to refill a medication.
I am deeply concerned about Dr. Casella’s front desk. They are unprofessional, callous, and plainly vindictive. Where this high school, this caliber of means girls would be irritating. As adults - particularly adults dealing with a vulnerable general public - it is frightening. They do not answer to the pharmacy. When I kindly called for a medication refill, they informed me I must see Dr. Casella first in a typically argumentative tone. I understand this policy. Aside from being an excellent physician, Dr. Casella is a compassionate person. He actually LISTENS to patients...THE most important thing in evaluating and treating a problem. Other Premier docs are also excellent.
I just was in the ICU for 3 nights on the verge of a stroke and heart attack. When released they said go straight to my Dr( Frank Casella) and when I got there I was told since I missed 1 appointment they weren't taking my business. They didn't care one bit and were nasty. I immediately went to another Dr. and they said that Dr Casella had to see me due to the oath he took. He still wouldn't even talk to me when I had the hospital on the phone.
