Extremely difficult to get them to refill a medication.
I am deeply concerned about Dr. Casella’s front desk. They are unprofessional, callous, and plainly vindictive. Where this high school, this caliber of means girls would be irritating. As adults - particularly adults dealing with a vulnerable general public - it is frightening. They do not answer to the pharmacy. When I kindly called for a medication refill, they informed me I must see Dr. Casella first in a typically argumentative tone. I understand this policy.
