Dr Cassella was a very good Dr. It's his front office. I had waited ten weeks for my bpap machine trying to get them to send the right information to the company supplying my bpap machine. In ten weeks I called the office six times absolutely no help. Stop in with prescription for blood test before a surgery. No call back. Went back they said they have nothing about any blood test, and they'll need to see the script even though the receptionist photo copied it the last time I was there. I had to find a better office. As mentioned before, terrible bedside manners. Very dismissive attitude. Does not want to engage in conversation. Not interested in your comments or what you have to say.
Dr FRANK Casella has been great for me. Prompt appointments, and he LISTENS. There is another Dr Casella in Byram- who may also be great, I don't know, but don't confuse the two in reviews.
I really like Dr Frank Casella, he has been my long term doctor and helped me tremendously. I can’t say the same for the staff. Chronic illness that requires medication. Repeated refill requests without any reasoning of why they would not respond to pharmacy. I called office and even though I was out of meds for a month, they required a visit since it was 10 months since my last visit.
