The tent itself was very beautiful. However very poor organization with the new owners. They came to set up for my wedding only arrived the day before and took 9.5 hours to set up.(We had them booked for 2 years) They didn’t have a checklist of things they needed and forgot numerous things that were needed just to get the tent off the ground and had to drive 45mins to an hour each way to pick them up.(Twice).
