I ordered a phone case on 14 October and paid $15 for delivery ($65.95 total). I emailed them to follow up on 13 Nov - NO REPLY. I emailed again on 20 November - RECEIVED A RUDE REPLY saying simply "It's with Australia Post". Later that day they said it was lost and they were resending the product "today" (20 Nov). On 23 Nov I requested a tracking number for the 2nd product - they didn't yet have one. On 28 Nov, I AGAIN asked for a tracking number and REQUESTED A REFUND... This company is a terrible company to deal with, they send you a product you did not order, they falsely claim things on their website and their pay gate is not secure. Their customer service is terrible and they threaten you in everyday possible and then make sure it is you that pay charges that they could cover, I am sure this is how they make their money. Their product is substandard and they claim to be an Australian company. All false. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY
