Had an issue with our well. Case Water came out within 1.5 hours of calling them and had it fixed within a total of 3 hours of calling them. Didn’t nickel and dime us to death. Would use again.

Chad from Case Water Systems was the only person who answered our phone call on a Saturday. He was out the next day, diagnosed the problem, answered all our questions, and gave us a fair quote. I’d highly recommend them for any well/plumbing needs.

Best there is!!! We called on a Friday afternoon when we came home to find we had no water. They came out at 5 pm on a Friday evening and stayed until 8:45 pm to replace our well pump and line. Extemely courteous, professional and kind. Excellent service. HIGHLY recommend!

Sarah, Chad, and Lorenzo were great! We have a gravity-fed spring on our property that had been acting up for over a week, causing us to loose water at the house. We’d tried some DIY fixes, but were unable to resolve the issue. We called Case, and they were responsive, helpful, and got to the ‘root’ of the problem very quickly (there was a root growing into a pipe). Highly recommend!
