Ordered some parts for my skid steer loader. 8 wheel studs and nuts. $25.00 plus gst to get send to Geelong. Had to phone about the items delivery only to find l had paid postage and they were still sitting at Dandenong for pickup. One rep l spoke to was having a conversation about my order with another colleague without putting me on hold. Ordered a spare rim for pickup at Truginina only to travel from between Geelong and Ballarat only to find it was the wrong one.
