Terrible service!! Destroyed 2 set of rare Japanese’s wheels worth over 4K and won’t even refund my money I would recommend no one to this place STAY AWAY
Absolutely the worst customer service provided to me in a long time! Seriously hang up on your customers because they ask if you can get to them sooner to meet their deadlines? Stay away from this company plenty of other sandblasters that can take care of you and appreciate your business.
Was quoted 200-300 to get a job done, we get there to pick up the truck and was billed 420 no phone call no heads up just went ahead and charged accordingly. Then they must've gotten tailgate extremely hot during the sandblasting process cause it is warped horribly. They left masking tape all over the truck and even a piece of polypropylene was wedged between the bed and the cab. Spoke with Case and there was no accountability in the least. What a shame, we were impressed from the start.
The person who answered the phone has the worst attitude for business.
This is the only place I would recommend, they are very Professional and do great work.
