Absolute con-artists, and it actually shocks me they are still in business. These guys have the WORST quality aftermarket parts, which they will gladly use to increase their profit margins. The horror stories of this place date back to 7 years ago, when they managed to destory my iPhone 5s while replacing the screen, and made up a nice little story to excuse them of any blame. I had an absolutely terrible experience at this store. My phone was having charging issues, so I took it in for repairs. They claimed the charging port was the problem and charged me $220 to fix it. Just a few days later, the charging port stopped working again. When I returned, I simply wanted to see my phone charge in front of me, but the staff kept making excuses, telling me to leave and come back later. I stayed and watched my phone while it was plugged in, only to see the battery percentage drop instead of increase. Whe... read more
