They are great, but very slow today
It dislike this bank and I hate having an account here. I’ve only maintained the account so that I have a banquets physically present since the last 23 years I’ve been using USAA and they don’t have a branch near me. Have you had to find any real redeeming quality about this bank aside from being able to walk in the door and conduct business. Teller attempted to force me to deal with her after I REPEATEDLY requested to deal with another teller. Other CASE EMPLOYEES were AVAILABLE to assist me yet NONE of them ( OTHER EMPLOYEES) even cared to see what my grievance was. I'm extremely LIVID and don't want other MEMEBERS subjected to this level of UNPROFESSIONALISM and DISRESPECT!
