I wouldn’t bank here.! stay aware of the prejudice conspiracy there. It’s a manager named Casey/kasey, and another associate who’s also the same ethnicity of the manager, while I’m not. Who’s name she wouldn’t give me, while helping me before getting her manger name listed above. They were very judgmental and profiled me. While I was only trying to open a simple savings account. If I could give 0 stars I would. A staff person in contact services named Blessing was horrible at customer service, inappropriate, and passive aggressive. Case Credit Union put a hold on a check I deposited and I called to have the hold removed, since the check came from a source I frequently receive check deposits from. I explained to Blessing that I was traveling alone and needed the hold on the check to be removed as soon as possible.
