Teller attempted to force me to deal with her after I REPEATEDLY requested to deal with another teller. Other CASE EMPLOYEES were AVAILABLE to assist me yet NONE of them ( OTHER EMPLOYEES) even cared to see what my grievance was. I'm extremely LIVID and don't want other MEMEBERS subjected to this level of UNPROFESSIONALISM and DISRESPECT!
AMAZING staff!! Brianna was so helpful with everything that we needed! Always a good experience with CASE.
