Nothing new .. most of the shop close
Lovely experience going to get my engagement ring re sized and to look at wedding bands. Answered all our questions, great knowledge, lovely atmosphere.Staff perfect in every way.
Me and my husband found a piece in the window of this store as an anniversary gift, I asked my husband to go buy it while I minded our young son outside the store. I came in 5 minutes after and there were multiple employees talking amongst themselves and completely ignoring my husband. After I walked in they did stop mid sentence to come over to us but the damage has already been done at this point. Terrible quality and awful customer service. Feel scammed! We purchased a gold chain from T H Baker via The Jewel Hut, and it broke twice within six months. The first time, they repaired it free of charge, but it took two months to get it back. It then broke AGAIN so we requested a refund, but they refused—only offering another repair after inspection and determining it was a manufacturing fault (hard to trust their opinion after the experience so far).
