David and Claudia worked with us for a year. The biggest problem we had with them was inconsistency. 1. They never ever showed up on time and were always late by at least an hour. Sometimes the wait was more than 2 hours and we had to message them or call them a few times to get the correct ETA. 2. They would end up bringing a new third person with them every time as a result of which we could never leave the house to them. Does not honor price quoted or scheduling commitments. Contacted through Yelp and was quoted $260 for a service. Followed up to schedule the service and was told the person who quoted the service made a mistake and the service was $320, but offered to discount the service to $300. When I followed up to reluctantly accept the $300 offer I was told the date I needed the service was no longer available and there was no availability for a week. A very frustrating experience with a vendor who does not honor their commitments.
