Wonderful food Cascones has been in the Kansas City area for quite awhile and it is my family's favorite restaurant. The service is wonderful. The staff are very friendly and are knowledgeable in regard to the menu. I also order the Chicken Lemonata Elaina. It is a tender chicken breast that is breaded and served with fettuchine alfredo. They have a wide variety of appetizers and don't leave without getting a piece of their cheesecake.
Italian Restaurant I was only 19 years old when I first at at this restaurant( 53 years ago) and it has been a favorite of mine ever since. I especially like their ravioli. They have great food and exceptional service.
Best Italian Food in KC Cascones Italian Restaurant is family owned and simply the very best Italian food in Kansas City! The restaurant is clean and the service is very good. Prices are very reasonable and the serving portions are very generous. Two of their best dishes are PASTA EGGPLANT PARMIGIANA and CHICKEN FETTUCCINI. This place is a generational favorite for my family.

been a patron there since 1975 – Ill tell ya in 1975 this place was awesome,What a treat it was .You were served a tripple relish tray with REAL italian bread upon the sit down.The place was all a buzz on the weekends .Music in the cozy bar. Great food, service and atmosphere. They have been doing this right for along time.
We can go there for lunch or dinner and have a good deal! There food is "GREAT" and the service is even better. Whether you are a couple of two or a party of 20 the service is superb. I would recomend it to anyone ! If you haven't been there you should go !!!!!!!!
