This has been, by far, the worst hospital experience I ever had. If you love being ignored and having your voice unheard than this place is for you. They provided me a wide variety of lab work, a colonoscopy and an endoscopy, and billed me around $8,000, and told me before hand that it shouldn't be more than $1,000 which I paid early to receive the discount, only to be footed the rest unexpectedly. I had so much fear going in for my colonoscopy due to hearing so many negative things. But honestly, from the moment I arrived to the moment I left, it was such a wonderful experience. Hannah, RN (my personal nurse 😜) and her co-workers are the absolute best. I woke up feeling disoriented, thinking that I still had to go through the procedure and she was quick to calm me and let me know that it had been done already and I was in recovery 🤣. Went for a procedure at this facility. From the intake person at the front door, my amazing nurse Sam, and the gastroenterologist Dr Fishman-who listened, discussed and advised, I would give this experience 5

I'm a veteran getting care here through the VA community care service. Here's a brief summary so far: 1. Colonoscopy: Excellent - Very friendly and professional care. 2. Meds: Excellent - I let them know about my pharmacy at Togus VA in Augusta and medication was promptly mailed to me. 3.
