Company repaired my chimney and put a cap on it but never checked my chimney access door area inside for fallen debris . I now have a bad leak called him he said he would be out by Friday today. Just want him to look at basement.won't even return a call or text. I sent pictures with texts and contacted him for 6 days. I will never reccommend. We hired John to repoint a significant portion of our large brick chimney, and he did an excellent job grinding out the old deteriorating mortar and repointing it with mortar he dyed to darken it so it matched and would blend in with the parts of the chimney which weren't in need of repair. In the attached photo you can see his work (the top half of the chimney was repointed).
