I love the service I received from Mark. Cascadia had parts for my wood stove chimney that no one else has. made my install a breeze. thank you so much for the friendly service and great communication.
After visiting this retailer my husband and I felt that there were some thing that just didn't seem right. After looking into several things including all the brands they claim to be authorized to sell, not one of the manufactures list them as an authorized dealer. The other red flag was the fact that they claim to licence, bonded, and insured, this is also not true. I just wanted to put this out for all to beware and do your research before buy here!
