I would give 0 stars if I could. In 2024 my 96 yr old dad was there for 20 days after a 5 day stay in the hospital. Michael Ashton came to talk to us in the hospital about his facility in Nampa Idaho. He talked a good talk and made us feel that Cascadia of Nampa would be a good place for my Dad to have rehab after a fall in his assisted facility where he broke his hip. I appreciate the team at Cascadia of Nampa and all that they do. I had a love one stay after a fall at home and they were very caring and understanding of her needs. Provider was in often to check on her and make changes when she needed them. She was able to discharge home with home health set up by their social service department.
