Excellent massage. Veronica is very skilled at trigger point technique. Dealing with insurance coverage was a nightmare- not their fault but I may go elsewhere if I want it covered.
Very solid massage. Although you have to handle the insurance yourself, which is kind of a bummer. It’s also not very clear when they tell you how. “Just send the receipt with my code to you insurance” is what I was told. I’d like some sort of print out on how to do it… Ideally the service is intuitive and I don’t think that’d be much of a hassle to provide.

I chose Cascadia Massage and Wellness because it was on my insurance's website as being a in network provider. They're actually not an in network provider, you have to pay up front and then be reimbursed by your insurance company. It was also uncomfortable being asked to leave a tip for a medical massage that I was having to then resubmit to my insurance company. I feel like if it's a medical massage you should not be asking for gratuity. I then had to reach out several times via phone call and email to try to get a diagnosi... read more
