Cascadia Construction fixed a large dry rot repair on structural corner of 3-story "high-end" house and installation of an additional pier & footing to correct significant mistake in original construction of house. WC describes the project & answers questions very well and is readily available during the project for further discussions (worries on my part). Had Cascadia back for a laundry room overhaul after a complete main level remodel with high end kitchen. They did great work transforming a completely non useful space into one of the nicest laundry rooms I’ve ever seen. Thank you.
