Honestly can’t say enough good things about Cascadia Construction. They helped us open up our main floor, tore down a load-bearing wall, and put in these incredible white oak cabinets and a massive quartz island. The crew was super down-to-earth, showed up when they said they would, and actually kept the site clean while working. The kitchen turned out even better than we pictured—10/10 would definitely hire them again!
I am incredibly grateful for the person who referred me to Jakub and his team at Cascadia. I needed a door framed and installed as well as some exterior work completed. I know that I was one of the small jobs that he was managing and yet, Jakub's communication and commitment was excellent. Working with Cascadia Construction was super easy from start to finish. They’re a licensed, family-run crew in the Lower Mainland, and you can tell they really care about the community while still being incredibly organized. Communication was always clear, they actually stuck to their schedule, and their work looks great whether it's a home or a commercial project. If you want a smooth build without the usual headaches, definitely give them a call.
The owner came to our home to quote on a small reno. He spent a lot of time trying to convince us to make changes we didn't need. Before he left he said he would send us a quote later in the week. Instead he ghosted us, no quote ever came. If you don't want the job, don't pretend you do.
