Excellent massage center Cascadia Center for massage is a first class massage center. They do an excellent job at helping you relax. If you need to melt away your stress or relieve sore muscles they can help.

Multiple therapists-- makes it easy to find the right fit for your needs (though all of them are great). nice atmosphere, plus they don't shortchange you on the massage time...60 minutes is 60 minutes, not 45 or 50. Would recommend Cascadia without hesitation

I had the most incredible deep tissue massage yesterday with Penny Ellenwood at Cascadia Center for Massage! She is so incredibly strong while equally intuitive and with so much experience within her hands that she can feel your edge and move through the cycles of tension and release with incredible accuracy and lively passion. If I could give 6 stars I would! I am definitely going back for more and for a longer session!
It was wonderful, relaxing and relived some leg pain I had.
